What I watched it do
Claude dropped a design tool that can do everything you need for your business, in your brand, from one sentence. A flyer. A pitch deck. A social post in your voice. Your logo. Your colors.
That is what I saw it do when I recorded this Fargo Walks clip in April 2026. Tools move fast, so treat that as a dated firsthand report, not a product review. The point underneath it has only gotten more true.
The playing field has flattened
A branded flyer used to mean a designer, a round of revisions, and a week. A pitch deck meant more of the same. That production cost was a moat for the businesses that could afford it.
The moat is gone. The owner who knows this exists is producing the asset over lunch, in their own logo and colors, from one sentence.
Production is no longer the bottleneck. The decision is.
If any owner can produce the flyer, the flyer is not the edge.
What you say on it is. Who it is for. Whether it is true. Whether it says the one thing your business should be known for. AI removed the production excuse and left you with the part that was always the job.
What to have in place before the sentence
1. Your logo files
Clean versions, in the formats the tool accepts. If you have to hunt for them, that is the first fix.
2. Your colors
The actual hex codes, not a screenshot of the website. Brand consistency starts with the inputs.
3. Your voice, on file
Build the brand voice master file from how you already write and talk. Feed it in with the sentence, or the post sounds like everyone else's.
4. The one problem you own
Every asset should point at the same problem your business answers. Scattered assets build scattered authority, no matter how good they look.
5. A review before it ships
Check every claim. Branded does not mean accurate. A polished flyer with a wrong number is a polished mistake.
What this does not mean
It does not mean designers are done. It means the routine asset is no longer worth their time or your budget, and the strategic work is worth more of both.
It also does not mean the output is right because it is on brand. You still own what it says.
The decision
For the owners who know this exists: pick the asset you have been putting off, write the one sentence, and spend the time you saved on what it says.
