What should I do when AI isn't working for my business?
Name the exact frustration. Then say which kind it is. Functional means the output is the problem, like emails that go out looking like AI wrote them. Operational means the work is the problem, like something you do all the time that you wonder whether AI could take over. Put it in the comments on the video and I'll give you the best answer I can.
What is the difference between a functional and an operational AI frustration?
A functional frustration is about what AI produces. An operational frustration is about work you keep doing yourself.
What does a functional frustration look like?
AI does the job, but the result isn't good enough to use. The example from the walk: your emails are going out and they look like they came from AI.
What does an operational frustration look like?
There is a task you do all the time, and you're curious whether it could be handed to AI. You don't need to know how yet. You need to name the task.
How do you get a useful answer?
Be specific. Name the output or the task, say whether it's functional or operational, and say what you want instead.
