How do I stop playing phone tag to book one meeting?
Connect your calendar to your AI. Have it draft a text with a couple of days and times you are open, and send that instead of asking when they are available.
Why does booking one meeting take so many messages?
Because both sides keep asking the same question. When are you available? When are you available? Nobody puts a time on the table, so the thread runs all day and the meeting still is not booked.
What does the AI need from me?
Access to your calendar, so it can see what is actually open. Then ask it for a short text naming a couple of specific days and times.
Can the AI send the text for me?
Check whether yours can. Some assistants connect to messaging and some do not. If yours does not, send it yourself. Having the draft written is the part that saves the day.
What this does not mean
It does not mean handing over your calendar and hoping. You read the times before the text goes out, and you own what you sent.
The decision
The next time you need to book a meeting, do not ask when they are free. Send a couple of times you are open and let them pick one.

How to stop playing scheduling tag with AI. You know, back and forth, "When are you available?" "I don't know. When are you available?" Stop it. Connect your calendar to your AI. Then have AI draft a text message to whomever you want it to go to with a couple days and times you're available. Either you can send it yourself, or pro tip, there's a good chance you can connect messages to your AI now.
Have AI send it all on its own. I'm Jeff Fargo. I can help you streamline and scale with AI. Go forth.
