How do I stop taking on clients from hell?
Gather every email, text and recorded meeting from the last client who wasted your time. Put all of it into AI, ask it to list every red flag, and save that list to qualify new prospects against.
What is a client from hell?
The one who wastes your time, drains you, and in the end is not worth the money.
What do I gather?
Every email, every text and every recorded meeting from that client. The whole record, not the parts you remember.
What do I ask the AI?
To list every red flag in that material. You are not asking it for advice. You are asking it to name the warning signs that were already there.
What do I do with the list?
Save it. Then use it when you qualify new prospects, so the same pattern gets caught before you sign.
What this does not mean
It does not mean AI decides who you work with. It reads the record you hand it and names what it sees. You read the list, and you make the call.
The decision
Pick the worst client you have had. Put their emails, texts and recorded meetings into AI today, ask for the red flags, and keep the list where you qualify prospects.

How AI can get rid of the client from hell. Now, we've all had them. They're a waste of time, they suck the marrow from your bones, and it's dollars over bullshit. Not worth it. Keep every email, every text message, every recorded conversation of every meeting. Put it in AI and say, "Give me every red flag that this person has, put it in my memory, and flag anybody I deal with in the future that shows any of these at all during the qualification process," so you'll know not to work with anyone like that in the future.
