How do I handle client pushback before I send the contract?
Put the contract and all your notes into AI. Ask it for everything the client is likely to push back on. Then answer each point in the same email the contract goes out with.
What is wrong with reach out if you have any questions?
If they have questions, they will ask. The line does nothing for you. It leaves every objection sitting there for later, after the contract is already in their hands.
What is the difference between a question and pushback?
A question is something the client has to think of and raise. Pushback is the objection they already have. One line in your email waits for the first. The method below handles the second before it arrives.
What do I give the AI?
The contract itself and every note from the deal. The more of the conversation it can see, the closer its list gets to what the client is actually thinking.
What do I ask it for?
Everything the client is likely to push back on. Not a summary and not a rewrite. A list of the objections.
What do I do with the list?
Answer every item in the email that carries the contract. The client opens the agreement and the answers in the same message.
What this does not mean
It does not mean AI knows your client, and it does not mean every objection on the list will come up. It gives you a list to work from. You decide what gets answered and how.
The decision
Before your next contract goes out, put it into AI with your notes, ask for the likely pushback, and answer it in the sending email. Drop the any questions line.

You're sending out a contract and you end the email with, "Reach out if you have any questions." Don't do that. If they have questions, don't you think they're gonna ask you? Instead, take all your notes, take the contract, put it into AI, and ask, "Give me everything that you think the client is likely to push back on."
Answer all those in the email that you send the contract with. I'm Jeff Fargo. I can help you streamline and scale with AI. Go forth.
