Why prepare now?
Because the clip sees several changes arriving at once. It names quantum computing coming online, Tesla's Optimus robots coming online, and AI models that "ship new versions almost weekly." In Jeff's words, "You need to be all in on what's going on."
How do you prepare today?
Ask the AI you already use. The clip names Claude and ChatGPT and says any of them works. The question, from the clip's description: "what is the best way, for what I do for a living, to prepare for the future?" Then two more: "What do I need to know?" and "What processes do I need in place right now?"

And the best thing you could do is go in right now to whatever LLM you're using, Claude ChatGPT whatever, and say, hey, what's the best way for what I do for a living to prepare for the future?
